Is only used to provide specific calendar synchronization functionality within our application
Is stored in our database solely for the purpose of maintaining scheduling service functionality

Retention: Collected information is maintained while the account is active or necessary to fulfill our services.

Deletion: If a user decides to delete their account or revoke application access, all associated personal data will be deleted within 30 days of the request. Users can remove permissions granted to BotLab from their Google account settings at any time.

7. Public Business Directory (Business Network)

Businesses with an active subscription may be listed in our public business directory, "Business Network", so potential customers can discover and contact them. The listing only includes commercial information of the business: trade name, logo, business category, business description, branch addresses, published landing pages, catalog items (services, products, courses or properties) and the business WhatsApp line. Personal data of the owner (such as their personal phone number or email address) is never published.

Any business can remove its listing at any time from the panel (Magic Pages → Business Network → "Quitar del directorio") or by contacting our support line at +52 462 341 5463. Opting out takes effect immediately.
